Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor for the permanent repairs and restoration of County infrastructure due to Hurricane Ian. Work may include, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing structures, site dewatering, flow diversion, pond construction, excavation and fill, grading, sodding, and maintenance of traffic. The work specified herein shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and operations necessary to complete the work, as indicated in the Scope of Work per each location and specifications. Local License (s) required to perform the services for this project are: Certified General, Registered General, Certified Underground Utilities, or Registered Underground Utility.
