Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Port Charlotte, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Charlotte County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services as part of a design and construction team, which includes various design and engineering consultants, stakeholders, and County staff. A. The site is part of the District 3 Sheriff Campus Master Plan developing 8+/- acres located at 3110 Loveland Boulevard, Port Charlotte, Florida. B. Site lies within a residential community. C. The building delivery method is Construction Manager (CM) at Risk. The construction shall be completed within 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed date.
