Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in East Helena, Montana. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build company. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. In accordance with 18-2-301 MCA, East Helena School District is soliciting for Qualifications submittals from interested parties for a Design-Build contract involving facilities capital planning, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pre-construction and construction services with a guaranteed maximum price for: East Helena School District design-build renovation project 2023. Performance and Payment bonds, minimum 50% Montana resident workforce, and compliance with Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates (Building) will be required. Interested parties shall obtain and comply with the RFQ document which describes the project, schedule, information to be submitted, and criteria that will be used for selection. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities
