Perpetuation project to cold in-place resurface 7.8 miles of USH 10 from Bachelors Ave to STH 73 S, Towns of Hewett, Pine Valley, and City of Neillsville, in Clark County. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
