Solicitation ID: BHM-01 Landscape architectural services are needed to assist the Department with the preparation of evaluations, plans, reports and studies. Provide services including aesthetic and ecological evaluations; studies/reports/plans for corridor selection, alignment, terrain fit, right-of-way requirements, utility accommodations, clearing limits, vegetation, grading and re-vegetation, invasive species and pollinator; visual impact assessments; landscape construction administration; review of vegetation in front of outdoor advertising signs; review and rating of rest area landscapes; policy and manual updates. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
