NOTICE OF BID The Town of Cooks Valley will accept bids for crack seal and chip sealing Specifications include: Crack seal, dip leveling and 350 degree hot oil chip seal on the following Town of Cooks Valley roads 20th St north of 135th Ave, 135th Ave from 40th St. to County DD then west to pavement change near intersection with 20th St and 40th St. from State Highway 40 north to pavement change near intersection with 135th Ave. Please request bid form for all specifications All measurements are approximate please check for accuracy. Contractor must comply with all State and Federal Air and Water Quality Standards. All contractors are responsible for traffic control during their project. Bids must be completed on the township’s bid form and will only be accepted on this form. You may request a bid from the Town Chairman Darrel Fehr, 18441 County Highway DD, Bloomer, WI 54724.(cv1927@ bloomer.net) Also enclose a current Certificate of Liability Insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the township. Completion date will be negotiated at the time of contract award.
