R.C. Wegman Construction Company requests bid proposals on behalf of the Village of Hanover Park for the construction of a 14,000 SF Fire Station, located at 2355 Schick Road, Hanover Park, IL 60133. Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents prepared by the Construction Manager and the Architect/Engineer. Only complete bid packages will be accepted. Bid Bonds shall be made payable to Village of Hanover Park. Performance and Payment Bond will be furnished by RCW, and will NOT be required by the Subcontractors. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Hanover Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids. If during the time period of work, these rates change, the Bidding Contractor shall be responsible for any associated additional costs without any change to the proposed contract amount.
