Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scottdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids are being accepted for Scottdale Borough's 2023 Roadway Improvement Projects, consisting of three (3) contracts. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Any questions concerning the project, locations, and the bidding procedure can be directed to Widmer Engineering at 724-626-1909. A ten percent (10%) bid bond is required and the successful bidder(s) will need to obtain a payment and performance bond of 100% of the contract(s). The Borough reserves the right to decrease quantities, waive any bid informalities, or defects, delete any streets from the scope of work, reject any or all proposals, and accept such proposals deemed to be in the Borough's best interest. The Borough of Scottdale is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate because of race, color, religious creed, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents. All addenda will be issued to the email addresses below. Delivery confirmation to the email address provided will constitute a receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor's responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to seby@widmerengineering.com. All questions and answers will be posted to the bid. Questions will not be answered via phone calls during bid stage.
