Bids are being accepted for Scottdale Borough's 2023 Roadway Improvement Projects, consisting of three (3) contracts. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Any questions concerning the project, locations, and the bidding procedure can be directed to Widmer Engineering at 724-626-1909. A ten percent (10%) bid bond is required and the successful bidder(s) will need to obtain a payment and performance bond of 100% of the contract(s). The Borough reserves the right to decrease quantities, waive any bid informalities, or defects, delete any streets from the scope of work, reject any or all proposals, and accept such proposals deemed to be in the Borough's best interest.
