Renovation of an educational facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the small gymnasium roof top unit project and associated work at St. Joseph's Catholic Secondary School. The CCDC2 2020 stipulated lump sum contract with supplementary conditions will be used for this project The work consists primarily of the following (refer to tender documents for details): Installation of HVAC systems for the small Gymnasium and for the Auxiliary Gymnasium spaces such as Changerooms and Offices. All work shall be in compliance with the Ontario Provincial Standards Drawings (OPSD) and Specifications (OPSS). The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best qualified contractors to undertake these services. This tender call will not be opened publicly. A summary of all the qualified General Contractors who provided a submission will be emailed to them. THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED award value not released for publication
