City of West WWTP Expansion generally consists of but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly install, complete and be accepted in place a new 0.9 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant including lift station, drum screens, aeromod system, chlorine contact basin, filters, admin building, chlorine building, NPW building, belt press building, switch gear and enclosure, generator, effluent flow meter, electrical, instrumentation, controls, SCADA and all necessary components as shown on the drawings and required by the specifications.
