Number : SCM-2023-08 Reference number : 1722086 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: NoThe Municipality plans to carry out snow removal work, with the supply and spreading of abrasives for the maintenance of rows, streets and paths for a period of 3 years, i.e. the seasons 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/ 26, with the option for the Municipality to extend the contract for the 2026/27 season and a second option for the Municipality to extend the contract for the 2027/28 season. An indexation clause is provided for in Article 11.5 of the contract. The price will be revised according to the annual variations of the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Only bids submitted by contractors having a place of business in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick and who hold an appropriate license under the Act respecting the professional qualification of building contractors will be considered.
