Reference number : 1682739 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality plans to carry out snow removal work, with the supply and spreading of abrasives in relation to its municipal parking lots, for a period of 5 years, i.e. the seasons 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28. Only bids submitted by contractors having a place of business in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick and who hold an appropriate license under the Act respecting the professional qualification of building contractors will be considered. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). It declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. It is agreed that any information given or communicated by an official or employee of the Municipality cannot be used to interpret the documents of the call for tenders, and estimates nor be supplementary to them. Requirements A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
