Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hilliard, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of June 26, 2023, a general contractor has been selected. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however construction is expected to begin in August 2023. A detailed scope has not been released. The project consists extending Cosgray Road south of Scioto Darby Road to provide access to the new Hilliard Recreation & Wellness Campus, adjacent to Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park. A multi-lane roundabout will be installed at Scioto Darby Road, and two single-lane roundabouts will be installed for a new park entrance and connection to Alton & Darby Creek Road. Landscaping and stormwater management solutions will be added, as well as street lighting, shared-use paths, fiber conduit, and enhanced sidewalk/trail connections to adjacent neighborhoods. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
