Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wayne, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of site grading a 45 acres site in the City of Wayne. The work included in this project will consist of approximately 100,000 CY of Cut and Fill earthwork across the site. The installation of approximately 1900 LF of storm sewer pipe, 3,800 LF of 18" curb and gutter construction, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications.
