Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valders, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is located on Adams Street from Washington Street to a point 750 feet north, and on Washington Street between Adams Street and US 151. A brief description of the major work items for the above contract includes: The project consists of approximately 3,950 square yards of milling asphaltic surface, 878 linear feet of 8-inch watermain, 665 linear feet of 10-inch watermain, 115 linear feet of 1-inch water service, 1,106 linear feet of sanitary sewer lining, 840 linear feet of storm sewer, 12 storm sewer structures, 3,615 linear feet of curb and gutter, 5,850 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 4,550 tons of base aggregate, 2,715 tons of HMA pavement, 110 linear feet of jack-and-bored steel casing pipe, 80 linear feet of 60 inch RCCP, and 1 each precast box culvert. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Valders, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening. Bidding Documents will be available Thursday, January 19, 2023. This project is being supported, in part, by federal award number (1505-0271), awarded to the Village of Valders by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
