Walnut Street Apartments is a 100-unit elderly and multi-family development with four buildings. Scope of Work Provide relocation services -- including moving of furniture, and related supplies from one room to another in the unit while new flooring is installed in the empty room, then move that room back and follow this procedure until all rooms are complete excluding kitchen and bathrooms. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work. Furnish all vehicles, insurance, fuel, driver, supervision, and perform all the functions necessary to provide unit furniture/personal item relocation services for the Brookline Housing Authority. Ensure that its firm and staff maintain required professional certification, accreditation, license, bond, and proficiency relative to their area of expertise. o Labor, equipment, and materialsto perform various unit furniture/person items moverelated services, including packing, moving, transportation/delivery, unpacking, and move management. o Labor and equipment to perform multiple disassembly and reassembly of furniture, oincluding reconfigurations, moves, adds, and changes. oMoving of sensitive personal material including but not limited to computers, TV's, beds, clothing, and other personal items. oOff-site -- short term -- storage of property in a secure location if required (climatecontrolled warehouse) if needed. oRemoval of packing materials, rubbish, and debris from government premises as directed
