The Brookline Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the 200-1 Water Infiltration Repairs, #046105 in Brookline, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Blackstone Block Archiitects, Inc. The Project consists of: Water Infiltration Repairs at the High Street Veterans, 200-1 Development in Brookline, MA Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive DCAMM Certification Requirements: NONE General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Brookline Housing Authority. Plan deposits may be electronically paid or by check. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids.
