The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed Proposals to establish term contracts with multiple contractors through competitive negotiation to obtain professional Architectural and/or Engineering (AE) Services from qualified sources for Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA). As of September 25, 2024, the project has been awarded. Period of Contract: The term or period of the contract shall be two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options.
