The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all HVAC Controls scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The Board of Directors of Evergreen Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of the Contractor consists of HVAC Full Controls for the Evergreen Public Schools at Endeavour ES - 2701 NE 4 Seasons Lane, Vancouver, WA 98684 and Orchards ES - 11405 NE 69th Street, Vancouver, WA 98662 as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by Evergreen Public Schools and its consultants. The Drawings and Specifications are dated January 20, 2023 1. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the HVAC Full End Controls at Endeavour Elementary School and Orchards Elementary School scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. B.
