Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Hilham, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
For a one-time purchase for TN Department of Environment & Conservation. The contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to remove and replace walking bridge at Standing Stone State Park. This is a turnkey job. All aspects of this job will be left in a finished condition. Final cleanup is included in this contract. The contractor will use caution tape and barriers where necessary. The contractor will be responsible for notifying park staff at the end of each day before leaving, to ensure the site is secure. All products must be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommended specifications and in accordance with the latest industry standards. All products removed or waste will be removed and disposed of off state property. Products may be substituted pending approval. The contractor should visit site to obtain measurements and information to produce an accurate quote.
