Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities invites your company to bid on providing inspections/examinations at the intervals required by this Contract and full coverage maintenance, service, and repair of the generators that Salt Lake County owns and operates (collectively referred to as the "Services"). The generators are located at County owned facilities and are of various sizes, makes, and models. The contractor needs to employ enough technicians to provide the Services, even during emergency conditions and events. Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, materials, labor, parts, and equipment necessary to provide for the Services for the purpose of preventing generator-related malfunctions and the continued successful operation of the generators to assure that critical loads are protected. Contractor will work under the direction of Salt Lake County's appointed representative. The Contractor shall provide the Services in strict conformance with the specifications and the individual generator manufacturer's requirements and recommendations, and any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation. Contractor shall maintain an online monthly reporting and log system that will be accessible to the County at no additional charge. The online system will allow the County to inspect all information, records, invoices, reports, and any other documents generated by Contractor in fulfilling this Contract.
