This solicitation is for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to provide Phase Two of storm water prevention improvements at East High School, 840 S 1300 E, Salt Lake City, Utah per the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Q & A deadline: Feb 01, 2023 12:00:00 PM EST Any change to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda is considered the official position of the SLCSD. A bid security is required in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid amount A 100% Performance/Payment bond will be required from the selected contractor(s). Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day past the date of completion are applicable to this project. Contractor shall have an active license of B100 or E100 to be awarded a contract for this project.
