This is a solicitation request for quote supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $45.0M. Description of requirements is as follows: Cold Room Renovations to include demolition of existing walk-in freezer and installation of a new walk-in freezer. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Solicitation with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. . Installation of new air-cooled refrigeration condensers and sized to balance evaporator units, refrigeration lines, Freezer doors, thermostats, alarms, control equipment lighting and other work described within the contract documents. Contractor shall be required to relocate, and/or move any obstacle preventing work from meeting all requirements within the contract documents. . Installation of new (5) inch urethane foamed in place ceiling and wall panels (METLSpan or equivalent) system. . Pump down and recover all refrigerant, refrigeration equipment removal, demolition ofinsulated panel walls and ceiling, electrical, lights, doors and frames and other work described within the contract documents. . Clean, prepare and paint concrete flooring throughout cold storage units. . Remove and legally dispose of demolished materials off site. .
