Description

Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Centreville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The barn will need to be removed by May 1st, 2023, to prepare for the construction of a new storage barn. The road commission will allow removal beginning April 15, 2023, work hours would be 7A - 3P, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary if needed. Full details may be found at portal. The SJCRC will have a pre-bid meeting for Contractors to walk the site and to answer any questions during regular work hours 7A - 3 M-F).
