The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Architecture The repair of the waterproofing of the roofs; The replacement of the flashing, roof accessories, hatches and connection boxes (evacuation) and the addition of antenna bases; The creation of access to the roof by adding an access ladder from a rear passageway. Mechanical Intervention on the evacuation ducts; Cleaning dryer vents from the roof. General coordination of work involving subcontracting (access ladder and others). The work will be carried out in a two-storey building including 10 apartments. It has five (5) roof basins and was built in 1995. The structure of the buildings is of a wood frame and the outer envelope is made of bricks. A passageway is present at the back of the building and allows access to the roof. The roof is made of five (5) ply asphalt-gravel dating from 1995. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Works duration According to current planning, work is expected to begin around March 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 12 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
