Site work for a mixed-use development in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
On Departure Bay Road from Keighley Road to 3250 Departure Bay Road, the works generally consist of: The replacement of sanitary sewer with the installation of approximately 550m of pipe, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins, including to a 50 diameter pressurized connection; The replacement of watermain with the installation of approximately 135m of pipe, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins; Repair and restoration of approximately 1650m2 of road and approximately 755m2 of concrete sidewalk 455m of curb and gutter; All works incidental thereto as shown on the specifications and drawings.
