Island Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide cleaning services at 1599 Dufferin Crescent, Unit 13, Nanaimo, BC, an Island Health leased facility of approximately 5,747 square feet (the "Site). The Site is operated by Island Health as an access point for all community services (CHS). Administration staff and clinicians work from 8:30 am to 8:00pm, seven (7) days a week processing referrals from the public, acute care, physicians and community partners. There is no on site public access at this location. The successful Proponent and Island Health will agree to an initial contract term of two (2) years minimum, with the Services to commence on or about March 1, 2023. Island Health will at its sole discretion have the option to extend the initial contract for up to an additional three (3) years, to a five (5) year maximum. The Proponent's proposal will include a plan to maintain the space located at 1599 Dufferin Crescent, Unit 13, Nanaimo, BC, including expected hours of work. Operational hours are seven (7) days per week with staff working eight (8) hours/day between 8:30 am to 8:00pm.
