The Regional Public Transportation Authority (RPTA) and Valley Metro Rail, Inc. (VMR) hereinafter referred to jointly as "Valley Metro" or "Agency", are soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Strategic Planning Services. Valley Metro and its member communities require a forward vision that will help prioritize the policy, service, infrastructure, personnel, and financial needs for the regional public transportation system for the 5-year period from FY2024 - FY2028. Valley Metro's most recent strategic plan was developed for FY2016 - FY2020 in 2015. The selected firm will be responsible for providing facilitation and strategic planning services that will assist in guiding Valley Metro for the next five years.
