This Request for Proposals (RFP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. Oak Hill Road will be reconstructed to provide a three lane cross section with bike lanes and a sidewalk on one side of the road. The reconstruction will provide curbs and storm sewers to replace the existing roadside ditches. Reimbursable utility relocation work is also part of the project scope.
