Vanderburgh County Oak Hill Road Reconstruction from Eastwood Drive to Millersburg Road (Des # 1802074) in the Vincennes District. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. A submittal does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice the firm desires to be considered. Oak Hill Road will be reconstructed to provide a three lane cross section with bike lanes and a sidewalk on one side of the road. The reconstruction will provide curbs and storm sewers to replace the existing roadside ditches. Reimbursable utility relocation work is also part of the project scope. Phases Included: CE Funding: 80% federal funds, 20% local funds Term of Contract: Until Project Completion The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
