Some modification to security gates will be required. Due to the specific Security requirements for this project, interested bidders shall register via MERX solicitation so as to be invited to bid on the ITT. Interested bidders must hold a FSA and DSC to Protected B at the time of the bid submission. Interested bidders must upload their Security Status Report (SSR) from CISD and sign and upload the attached One-Way Non-Disclosure Agreement before the closing date of this MERX notice. ITT will be posted, and the intent is to award by September 29, 2023 Construction start date is anticipated by October 16, 2023, pending material availability/delivery. Winter conditions may be a factor and the contractor must take this into consideration. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
