Renovation of a water / sewer project in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project will consist of furnishing and delivery of one (1) Packaged Wastewater Pump Station as manufactured by the Gorman-Rupp Company. Installation will be bid at a later date. Each Bid must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of the Specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the North East Township. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60 days after date of bid opening. The North East Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any and all informalities in connection therewith.
