Enquiries Deadline 2023-02-15 12:00:00 AM he Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Recreation Sites and Trails BC is issuing a Request for Proposal for recreation site maintenance services in the Vernon area (Contract RC242590003) for the period April 30, 2023, to March 31, 2024, with possible 2 additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of first year. We will accept sealed RFP's until 11:00AM (local time) February 28, 2023. RFP's will be opened in private at 11:00AM (local time) March 2, 2023. The bids will be publicly posted once the successful bidder is confirmed. There will not be an information meeting held for this opportunity. The work will involve the cleaning, maintenance of facilities and repairs on Recreation Sites identified in the Schedule C Site Maintenance Schedule RC242590003 Packages are available for immediate downloading at the above links under supplier attachments. Hard Copy Submission: Submit one (1) paper hard-copy of Your Submission together with one (1) electronic copy of Your Submission saved on a USB flash drive media device (that will become the property of the Province).
