Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.

As of March 15, no award has been made. No definite date for the rebid. The budget for the Gym restrooms is $3,000 The budget for the Southview Pool is $25,000. The City of Richmond is seeking bids for repairs and restoration at the City of Richmond outdoor pool restrooms and City Gym restrooms, specifically the toilets and urinals. The pool has a girl's restroom with five (5) toilets and the boy's restroom has three (3) toilets and four (4) urinals. The City Gym girl's restroom has two (2) toilets and City Gym boy's restroom has one (1) urinal and one (1) toilet. The goal of each this project is to have all the toilets and urinals to flush properly and function in good working order, with no leaks. The City of Richmond is also seeking bids for pipe repair in main water supply line in storage room at the outdoor pool.
