Joint Powers Water Board (JPWB - Owner) is accepting sealed bid for the supply and delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) for use at the Water Treatment Plant. Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of One Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty dollars ($1,250) must be submitted with bid. Bond or check will be held until the bid is awarded and contract executed, after which bid bonds or checks will be returned to all bidders. No bid may be withdrawn until 30-days after the bid opening. All bids must be prepared in accordance with JPWB specifications. Wyoming State Statutes provide for a 5.0% preference to Wyoming vendors. Wyoming vendors must submit proof of statute compliance with the bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities associated with the bids, so long as doing so is in the best public interests.
