Bids will be considered and possibly awarded at the next meeting of the Board. Any and all bids must be presented in separate enve- lopes clearly marked with appropriate chemical being bid upon. For each type of chemical bid, the bidder must include in a separate sealed envelope, with the Bid Form properly executed and the required bid security enclosed. Bid Bonds or Cashiers Checks in the amount of Five Hundred dollars ($500) must be submitted with each separate bid. Bonds and checks for each chemical bid will be held until the bids are awarded and contracts executed, after which bid bonds and checks will be returned to all bidders. No bids may be withdrawn until 30-days after the bid opening. All bids must be prepared in accordance with JPWB specifications. Wyoming State Statutes provide for a 5.0% prefer- ence to Wyoming vendors. Wyoming vendors must submit proof of statute compliance with the bid(s). Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities associated with the bids, so long as doing so is in the best public inter- ests.
