As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information. The Consultant shall provide the Services as set forth in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. The Consultant shall (i) provide the Services required by this Agreement, (ii) be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and proceedings associated with the Services, and (iii) be responsible for the acts and omissions of its employees, agents and other persons performing any of the Services under a contract with the Consultant. The City of Buckeye is seeking a qualified professional consultant (Consultant) to provide professional services to assist the City to develop a comprehensive General Government Master Plan. The City is seeking a qualified consultant with relevant experience in developing a General Government Master Plan as more particularly described in the Project Description of SECTION 2. In accordance with the Citys Procurement Code, the City will accept sealed statement of qualifications for the services. The qualified Consultant shall engage in a collaborative, interactive process and have experience in both service design and comprehensive planning for the 21st century public facilities. The General Government Facilities Master Plan shall be aspirational in vision, but realistic and manageable for implementation. Specific attention shall be given to the technology, staffing profiles, utilization of the facilities existing access to the market segmentation analysis, and facilities plan. The Master Plan shall be both complementary to and consistent with the values and goals of the City. Consultants shall collaborate and maintain communication with Public Works leadership and provide regular updates and status reports on progress. The Master Plan will be used as the Citys guiding planning document for facility services, programming, and technology over the next 5 to 20 years. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
