The owner is not going to expend any funds for engineering until they have an idea of what installation is going to be. This is an invitation of labor costs only. The District invites qualified contractors to bid on the installation of 13,500 linear feet of 8 C900 DR-18 force-main in areas within the District boundaries. The bid is for installation only, and does not include material, sod, seed and mulch, wellpoint, permits, or as-builts. Contractors must be fully experienced, qualified, insured, and bonded.
