Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenwood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope includes, but is not limited to the folloiwng: Construction of a new 1,200 SF entry, new stadium AND baseball press boxes, renovation of exterior hardscape package. Demolition, concrete, masonry, steel package (inc. stairs), casework, rough carpentry, roofing (standing seam & TPO), insulation (inc. spray foam), doors & hardware, glazing, finshes, specialties, new elevator, fire protection system, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, site work, fencing, pavement markings, and asphalt paving. *Give attention to the trade allowances *Davis Bacon wage rates are required Project Location: 150 Bypass 225, Greenwood, South Carolina 29646 The project scope also includes a new Football Stadium Pressbox and a new Baseball Pressbox. The 3 level stadium pressbox includes 2,320sf Ground Level storage area. The main Pressbox Level and and an observation roof deck. The pressbox consists of load bearing masonry, steel frame, aluminum operating windows, brick veneer, roof paver system, metal roofing canopy. Complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and audio visual systems. An elevator is also included in the project. The baseball pressbox is a 2 level 480sf pressbox. The construction consists of split face load bearing masonry, steel frame, aluminum operating windows, metal roof. Complete mechanical, electrical, and audio visual sstems.
