**As of April 6, 2023, project was awarded to The Flooring Connection, LLC, awarded amount is $67,859.20.** ACQUIRE SERVICES & SUPPLIES / EQUIPMENT (JAN 2006): The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services and supplies or equipment complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. [01-1005-1] Lander University is seeking a source to provide all labor, tools, supervision, and materials to screen, recoat, sand, reseal and refinish the hardwood floors in the areas specified in the bidding schedule as needed in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per the specifications provided herein. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from the effective date as stated on the award document, with Lander reserving the option to renew this for two (4) additional one (1) year terms upon satisfactory completion of work. The maximum expiration date for this contract will be no later than five (5) years from the initial start date as shown on the original statement of award. Question Deadline 02/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET
