Building Maintenance & Facilities Support Services Contract U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 7 (EPA Region 7) plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for general building services for EPA Region 7 including the Regional Office (RO) 11201 Renner Blvd, Lenexa Kansas 66219; Science and Technology Center (STC) 300 Minnesota Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas, 66101; and Training and Logistics Center (TLC) located at Hunt Midwest Subtropolis, 8600 NE Underground Drive, Kansas City, Missouri, 64103. The majority of work will be performed in the RO. FACILITIES INFORMATION: Approx. Gross square foot Regional Office 7 (RO) 169,000 Science and Technology Center (STC) 55,000 Training and Logistics Center (TLC) 43,200 The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached for informational purposes only. The final Performance Work Statement will be issued with the Solicitation. EPA anticipates a firm fixed price contract consisting of a base period and four 12-month option periods. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside, competitive acquisition. The RFQ is anticipated to be issued on or about 04/17/2023 and will be posted on the FedConnect website (www.fedconnect.net) and Sam.gov website (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
