All such work shall be executed under the terms of the original Contractunlessitisexpressly provided otherwise. Additionally, all such change orders must be approved by TxCDBGpriortoexecutionof same. (b) Except for the purpose of affording protection against any emergency endangering health, life, limborproperty,theContractor shall make no change in the materials used or in the specified manner of constructingand/orinstallingtheimprovements or supply additional labor, services or materials beyond that actually requiredfor theexecutionoftheContract, unless in pursuance of a written order from the City authorizing the Contractor toproceedwiththechange.No claim for an adjustment of the Contract Price will be valid unless so ordered.
