Scope of Work: This solicitation is for an open-end contract and the scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the construction, improvements, and replacement of County playground and surrounding site elements.
Q & A deadline: Feb 10, 2023 5:00:00 PM EST Basis of Award: The approximate quantities represent the potential three (3) years of the contract, which includes all potential renewals. The quantities shown in the solicitation are approximate and only represent estimate quantities based on historical potential project needs. The County does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item. The basis of award is the low responsive, responsible bidder for all groups/lines, inclusive of General Conditions calculated amount. However, the recommended award amount shall be based on the County's budgeted amount of $2,500,000 (per year or renewal year) and not the contractor's total bid amount. Refer to Special Instructions to vendors for additional information. General Conditions Line Item: A General Conditions mark-up percentage is required. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements).
