Site work and paving for a civil project in Mukilteo, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of three schedules of work. Schedule A consists ofthe installation of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main for the replacement ofthe existing 6-inch and 8-inch cast iron water main on 3rd Street, Church Avenue, 5th Street, Webster Street, and 6th Street as shown on the Plans and as described in the Specifications. Schedule A also includes installation of new water services, hydrants, valves, blowoff assembly, 48-inch diameter sewer saddle manhole, connections to existing water system, hot mix asphalt trench patch, and general restoration. Schedules A and B both provide for roadway improvements consisting of a full width 2-inch grind and hot mix asphalt overlay and pavement markings. Schedule C consists of pavement repair at the District headquarters facility The Work shall be substantially complete within 50 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the District Manager, District Office, Mukilteo, Washington. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District" and in. an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount Financing of the Project, has been provided by Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District, Washington. The Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District, expressly reserves the right, to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities m any Proposal.
