The City of Mukilteo is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to modernize the Media Visual system for the Rosehill Community Center Point Elliot Room. The Point Elliot Room, located in the Rosehill Community Center at 304 Lincoln Ave, Mukilteo, WA, 98275, provides a facility for large scale public events. The Natatorium approx. 66ft x 52ft has large floor to ceiling windows on the West, East and North Walls with a ceiling height of approx. 25ft. This project is to update the existing Titan HD-600 8kL 720dpi projector, controlled by a Crestron touch screen controller with more modern, affordable, and durable equipment. 220 Volt power to the projector is available. The projector is approx. 30ft from the screen and the screen is sized approx. 12ft x 20ft. Seats at the "back row" are approximately 66ft from the screen. The goals of the visual upgrade are the following: 1. Improved video display clarity and illumination with overhead and OR natural ambient light. 2. Improved system connectivity to a variety of source devices. 3. Improved reliability. 4. Install and implement designed video and sound intregation solution into the existing Point Elliot Room. 5. Improved ease of use for those operating the system. The City is seeking a qualified vendor to evaluate, design, develop and install upgraded video and system controls in the Point Elliot Room. This Request is for two areas: immediate replacement of the existing system where needed, and as-needed repair and routine maintenance of the new system including the existing sound system and associated components.
