Requisition Nbr: R2023000017 Document Nbr: D2023000020 Start of Service Date: 01/01/2024 End of Service Date: 01/01/2025 This project includes the replacement of the 60,000 sf Snyder Hall with a new building of similar square footage. The project includes a modern facility with office space, collaboration space, and classroom space. The new academic space is intended for general use and UH is anticipating a high usage rate for the new facility and surrounding area. The high usage rate for the facility will require redevelopment of the perimeter walkways around the new building, adjacent courtyard, and pedestrian routes along McCarthy Mall. The Project budget is estimated to be $58,500,000.00. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this RFP, Part 1 is February 28, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. (HST). All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS
