The successful bidder will agree to complete all work described inplans and specifications within 365 calendar days of the written Noticeto Proceed. Failure to complete the work within specified time limitsshall subject the contractor to liquidated damages for delay. The attention of bidders is called to the fact that Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, states that a Contractor must be licensed by theState Licensing Board for Contractors before he may undertake workwhen the cost thereof in Arkansas is Fifty Thousand Dollars($50,000.00) or more.
