Renovation of a water / sewer project in East Northport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A. The purpose of the project is to provide a new Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) Treatment Facility for the removal of 1,4-dioxane from the District's existing Well No. 11. The treatment facility will be located on Pulaski Road in Greenlawn, NY at the District's existing plant site. B. This Section provides an abbreviated summary of the work for the Construction Contracts associated with the Owner's program to construct the project. C. Each Contractor has been provided with copies of all relevant construction drawings for related construction contracts whose work may directly effect and impact the work under this Contract. 1. Each Contractor shall provide a complete and operational project in anticipation of these affects and impacts. 2. It is each Contractor's responsibility to investigate the work that will be performed by others and consider such in the conduct of his/her work. Facility for the removal of 1,4-dioxane from the District's existing Well No. 11 in a new building addition. The treatment facility will be located on Pulaski Road in Greenlawn, NY at the District's existing plant site.
