Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said project in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal, the General Conditions, and the Special Conditions of the Contract, the Specifications and Contract Documents therefore as prepared by KFI Engineers for the PSOC Server Room Cooling Replacement project. Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on page P-6, Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, for the PSOC Server Room Cooling Replacement, Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky Question Deadline 03/14/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Address Inquiries to: Sondra Stone sstone@lexingtonky.gov Liquidated damages :- Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the OWNER and to fully complete the Project within the time as specified in the Contract. Bidder must agree also to pay $250.00 per calendar day thereafter deadline for substantial completion and $250.00 per calendar day thereafter deadline for final completion.
