Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Matawan, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work generally includes the following: 1. Matawan Pump Station: a. Replace existing automatic transfer switch and main service circuit breaker. b. Replace incoming service electrical feeder from Utility Pole to new service switch. c. Provide new power monitoring system connected to the SCADA system. Monitoring system to measure voltage and current for both the generator and incoming service. d. Replace the existing 75 kVA transformer serving the facility lighting panels. e. Remove the existing manlift and all associated conduit, wiring and appurtenances. Infill the floor slab on the main and intermediate floor levels after removal. f. Provide bypass pumping for the entire duration of the service replacement. g. Provide a standby generator to provide power to the station in the event of a bypass pump failure. 2. West Keansburg Pump Station a. Replace existing automatic transfer switch in existing MCC lineup. b. Provide new power monitoring system connected to the SCADA system. Monitoring system to measure voltage and current for both the generator and incoming service. c. Provide bypass pumping for the entire duration of the service replacement. d. Provide a standby generator to provide power to the station in the event of a bypass pump failure. Provide all required appurtenant WORK shown on the Contract Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications The work to be performed under this Contract is located at the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority Matawan Pump Station site at 60 Main Street, Matawan, Monmouth County, New Jersey and West Keansburg Pump Station site at 13 Tenth St, Keansburg, Monmouth County, New Jersey. A description of the work is included in this Section of the specifications. This description generally defines the work to be undertaken on this project and is to be supplemented by the remaining Contract Documents. Under no circumstance shall this summary of work be used to limit the work to be performed by the Contractor. Contractor shall deliver a complete and final product to the Authority and all work required whether implied, suggested or otherwise necessary to deliver a complete and functional project shall be deemed included within the Contractor's scope. C. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete project and related construction for the bid price. The work is to be coordinated by the Contractor with the Authority, Engineer, Utilities and, as necessary, third parties
