E-COMM is issuing this Request for Information and Qualifications to select professional, qualified and experienced Roofing firms to provide roofing replacement, roofing repairs and roofing maintenance services ("Roofing Services"). This RFIQ is intended create a List of Qualified Contractors for various assignments for a term of up to three (3) years or until E-COMM issues a new RFIQ. Qualified Contractors will enter into a Master Construction Services Agreement. Specific Construction Assignments are issued to Qualified Contractors, as and when required, for various projects and tasks.
